Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cottonworld account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
